On June15, 2018, David Rowntree submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CPI Card Group Inc. (the “Company”) to the Chairman of the Board, effective as of that date. Mr.Rowntree’s decision was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
