On March 7, 2019 the Company’s Board of Directors announced the 2019 Annual Meeting will be held on May9, 2019 at 11 a.m. local time, at the Company’s corporate headquarters, which are located at 445 South Street, Morristown, New Jersey. The Company’s Board of Directors also set a record date of March 14, 2019, entitling stockholders of record as of such date to notice of and to vote at the 2019 Annual Meeting.

Covanta Holding Corporation is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates infrastructure for the conversion of waste to energy, as well as other waste disposal and renewable energy production businesses. The energy-from-waste (EfW) serves over two markets as both a sustainable waste management solution and as a source of clean energy.
