OnNovember1, 2017, Continental Building Products, Inc. (the “Company”) notified its Senior Vice President, Sales Marketing and Supply Chain, Shahbaz M. Malik, of the termination of his employment with the Company as of November 17, 2017 in connection with a restructuring of its sales organization.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
In connection with the restructuring referred to in item 5.02 above, David Briggs, formerly Regional General Manager for the Southeast, will be assuming the role of Vice President Sales for the Company.
