On April21, 2017, Mr.BrendanM. Harrington resigned by mutual
agreement as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice
President effective April21, 2017, and the Board of Directors of
the Company appointed Mr.John Laubacker as the Chief Financial
Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of the Company in
replacement of Mr.Harrington.A Certified Public Accountant,
Mr.Laubacker has been with CTG for 21 years. He was appointed
Vice President and Treasurer in February 2017 after serving as
Treasurer since 2006. From October 2014 to July 2015,
Mr.Laubacker served as CTGs interim CFO. He also held the
positions of Director of Audit and Treasury Services and the
Manager of External Reporting after joining the Company in 1996.
Prior to joining CTG, Mr.Laubacker was a senior manager with
KPMG. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting. Mr.Laubacker has no family
relationships with any other officer or director of the Company.
