Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified
Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, CODI) reported that CODI
will make a cash distribution of $0.36 per share for the fourth
quarter of 2016. The distribution is payable on January 26, 2017
to shareholders of record on the close of business on January 19,
2017. A copy of the press release announcing such distribution is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference
herein.
