On October 31, 2017, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mayflower Vehicle Systems, LLC ("Mayflower") consummated the previously announced sale of its Shadyside, Ohio property to Warren Distribution, Inc. for $2.5 million, to the terms of the Contract for Purchase and Sale of Real Property (the "Purchase Agreement"), dated July 24, 2017, between Mayflower and Warren Distribution, Inc. A copy of the Purchase Agreement will be filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2017.
