Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment fund. The Fund’s investment objectives are to seek growth of capital and current income. Under normal market conditions, the Fund’s investment program will consist primarily of investing in a portfolio of equity securities of technology and technology-related companies that seeks to exceed the total return, before fees and expenses, of the S&P North American Technology Sector Index and writing call options on the NASDAQ 100 Index, an unmanaged index that includes non-financial domestic and international companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, or its exchange-traded fund equivalent on a month-to-month basis. The Fund invests in various sectors, including consumer discretionary, information technology and telecommunication services. Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC serves as the investment manager to the Fund.
