On June 18, 2019, Mr. P. Justin Skala, Executive Vice President, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, announced his intention to retire from Colgate-Palmolive Company (the “Company”) effective August 1, 2019 to assume a leadership role outside the Company.

The Company, through its Hill’s Pet Nutrition segment, manufactures pet nutrition products for dogs and cats with products marketed in over 80 countries across the world. The Company sells its personal care products under the Palmolive, Protex and Softsoap brands.
