On September 21, 2018, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation (the “Company”) elected Michael Patsalos-Fox, an existing member of the Board, as the Company’s Chairman of the Board. Mr. Patsalos-Fox succeeds John E. Klein, who remains a member of the Board.
