The Board of Directors of CoBiz Financial Inc. declared a $0.055 cash dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017.This dividend will be paid on November 6, 2017 to shareholders of record on October 30, 2017.

CoBiz Financial Inc. (CoBiz) is a financial holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Commercial Banking, Fee-Based Lines, and Corporate Support and Other.
