On February 22, 2017,  Mary M. White, a director of CoBiz Financial Inc. (the “Company”) since 2005, notified the Company she will retire from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective April 26, 2017.  Ms.  White advised the Company she has no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices and the decision was based solely on personal reasons.
