(b)Stephanie Tilenius, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Coach, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company on September 27, 2017 that she would not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders scheduled to be held on November 9, 2017 (the “Annual Meeting”). Ms. Tilenius will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the Annual Meeting.
