Citizens & Northern Corporation (the “Company”) announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2017. On July 20, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend on its common stock of $0.26 per share, payable August 11, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2017. The Company announced the dividend in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
