On October 18, 2018, Citizens First Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.The press release announced the Company’s operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018.

On October 18, 2018, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share payable November 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on November 2, 2018.

The Bank conducts full-service community banking operations from approximately 10 locations in the Kentucky counties of Barren, Hart, Simpson and Warren.
