Bray, notified the Board of Directors on October 10, 2017 of his resignation as a director of the Company and of Citizens First Bank, effective October 19, 2017.Mr. Bray’s decision to resign was based on personal matters and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Braycurrently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and has served on all major committees of the Board of Directors. At the time of this filingMr. Bray serves on the Audit, Compensation and Executive Committees.
