Common Stock Dividend
On July 19, 2019, CIT Group Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.35 per common share, payable on August 23, 2019 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 9, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
