Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) has teamed up with ConnectWise to pursue growth opportunities in the managed services market, which could be worth $257 billion by 2022. The two firms are to work together to simplify and streamline the creation of managed IT services that organization can use to manage their IT environments.

Focus with the program will be on small and medium-sized businesses, which represents the fastest growing market segment.
The ConnectWise Unite and Cisco cloud platform is being prepared to help partners and managed service providers easily manage their business commerce. A merger of the two will allow partners developing or expanding managed services create unique offerings that combine networking, security and collaboration services.
The primary goal is to simplify the increasing number of gateways required to manage, monitor and bill customers. The ConnectWise Unite and Cisco solution merger will enable Managed Services Providers to manage multiple customers from a single interface. The integration should lead to increased opportunities as well as recurrent monthly revenue.

Free Trial
Managed Services Providers can use ConnectWise Unite and Cisco Portal to deploy and automate billing solution management processes and consolidate ticketing. Partners will also be able to streamline task management thus improve productivity, efficiency and overall growth of the business.
ConnectWise is currently offering a free trial of ConnectWise Unite with Cisco to MSPs and Cisco partners. Training is also available through a series of webcasts roadshows and online. Partners can register for a free trial of the package from which access to webinar series will be granted starting November 13, 2017.
The free trial runs through January 1, 2018. It is currently opened to partners in North America, Western and Northern Europe. Plans are already underway for a global roll out over the next 12 months.
