Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Board of Directors (the Board) of CHS Inc. (the Company). In his
resignation letter to the Board (the Resignation Letter), Mr.
Bielenberg stated that his resignation related to his
disagreement with the Boards determination to hire Jay Debertin
as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the
Resignation Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 17.1. At the
time of his resignation from the Board, Mr. Bielenberg was not a
member of any committee of the Board.
