ChineseInvestors.com, Inc. announces that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire XB Teller.com Inc. for about $2.5 million, including $400,000 in cash and $2.1 million in the Company’s stock. The Company will provide public disclosure if and when it enters into definitive agreements for the acquisition of XB Teller.com, Inc.
