ChineseInvestors.com, Inc. announces that its board of directors has appointed Patrick Leung as its Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2019. Mr. Leung has been a member of the board of directors of ChineseInvestors.com, Inc. for the past two years. Mr. Leung replaces temporary CFO Alex Hamilton who will remain as chief financial officer of CBD Biotechnology Co. Ltd., the Company’s wholly owned foreign entity. Mr. Leung is a Certified Public Accountant in both Australia and Hong Kong.
