On April 12, 2018, Jane Yu resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of China Teletech Holding, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately.

There was no disagreement between Ms. Yu and the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

The Company is currently searching for Ms. Yu’s replacement to fill the role of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
