On February 17, 2017, Chemung Financial Corporation’s bank subsidiary, Chemung Canal Trust Company (the “Bank”), determined that Louis DiFabio, Executive Vice President – Business Client Services and Thomas Wirth, Executive Vice President – Wealth Management Group are now eligible to participate in the Bank’s defined contribution supplemental executive retirement plan, with annual contributions of 20% of base salary.
