On January 14, 2019, Clifford W. Illig, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cerner Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Board and the Company that he will retire from the Board effective as of January 15, 2019, to focus on outside interests. Mr. Illig’s decision to retire did not involve any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
