Seventh Supplemental Indenture; 6.875% Senior Notes due 2022
On October17, 2017, Century Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiary guarantors party thereto (the “Guarantors”) entered into a Seventh Supplemental Indenture (the “Seventh Supplemental Indenture”) with U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), which supplements the Indenture, dated as of May5, 2014, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture, dated as of December18, 2014, the Second Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March13, 2015, the Third Supplemental Indenture, dated as of April9, 2015, the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated August27, 2015, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November8, 2016, and the Sixth Supplemental indenture, dated as of January26, 2017, each among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto, and the Trustee (as supplemented, the “2014 Indenture”). to the Seventh Supplemental Indenture, each of the Guarantors listed in the Schedule thereto agrees to provide a Security Guarantee (as defined therein) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the 2014 Indenture.

First Supplemental Indenture; 5.875% Senior Notes due 2025
On October17, 2017, the Company and the Guarantors entered into a First Supplemental Indenture (the “First Supplemental Indenture”) with the Trustee, which supplements the Indenture, dated as of May12, 2017, among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto, and the Trustee (the “2017 Indenture”). to the First Supplemental Indenture, each of the Guarantors listed in the Schedule thereto agrees to provide a Security Guarantee (as defined therein) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the 2017 Indenture.
