On August 10, 2017, Central Valley Community Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Folsom Lake Bank shareholders approved the merger between Folsom Lake Bank and the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Central Valley Community Bank, at a special meeting held on August 10, 2017. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 1, 2017 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
