On November 16, 2016, CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (the Company) and
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. (CERC) announced that CERC
filed a rate case with municipal regulatory authorities and the
Texas Railroad Commission for CERCs Houston Division and Texas
Coast Division to change its natural gas distribution rates. For
additional information regarding the rate case filing, please
refer to the Companys and CERCs press release attached to this
report as Exhibit 99.1.
