Quarterly Cash Dividend

On May 3, 2017, the Company also announced that its Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per
common share to be paid on June 12, 2017 to all stockholders of
record as of the close of business on May 25, 2017. A copy of the
press release announcing the declaration of the quarterly cash
dividend is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2 and
incorporated herein by reference.
