The Board of Directors of Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) has established June 27, 2018 as the date of the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2018 Annual Meeting”) and May 1, 2018 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2018 Annual Meeting.Because the Company did not hold an annual meeting the previous year, stockholders of the Company who wish to have a proposal considered for inclusion in the Company’s proxy materials for the 2018 Annual Meeting to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), must ensure that such proposal is received by the Company’s Corporate Secretary at Cavitation Technologies, Inc., 10019 Canoga Avenue, Chatsworth, California 91311 on or before the close of business on May 6, 2018, which the Company has determined to be a reasonable time before it expects to begin to print and distribute its proxy materials.Any such proposal must also meet the requirements set forth in the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to be eligible for inclusion in the proxy materials for the 2018 Annual Meeting.
