On June 1, 2017, Catasys, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing that it is now receiving all of the member
data expected from a leading national health insurance plan,
which will allow the Company to fully ramp enrollment for
OnTrak in the eight contracted states. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
