Donald M. Casey Jr., Chief Executive Officer—Medical Segment, has notified Cardinal Health, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will leave the Company effective February 2, 2018. Jon L. Giacomin, Chief Executive Officer—Pharmaceutical Segment, will become Chief Executive Officer—Medical Segment effective February 5, 2018.
