ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

Cardax, Inc. (the Company) announced today that ZanthoSyn, the
Companys first commercial product, will be available in all GNC
stores in Hawaii.

In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the
