On February 28, 2017, the Capital Southwest Corporation Board of
Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.26 per share,
generated from the Companys significant amount of realized gains
over the prior 12 months.In addition, the Board of Directors
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share for the
quarter ended March 31, 2017.Both dividends are payable on April
3, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2017.A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
