At the 2018 Annual Meeting, held on December 19, 2018, three proposals were voted on by the Company’s stockholders.The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed on November 15, 2018 (the “Proxy Statement”) in connection with the 2018 Annual Meeting and summarized below.
A final voting report was produced by Broadridge Financial Solutions,Inc., the independent inspector of election for the 2018 Annual Meeting, certifying the following results on the three proposals:
Proposal 1 The stockholders elected all ten director nominees to serve as members of the Company’s board of directors until the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Cantel Medical Corp. is a provider of infection prevention products and services in the healthcare market. The Company’s operating segments include Endoscopy; Water Purification and Filtration; Healthcare Disposables, and Dialysis. Its Endoscopy segment includes medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies. The Company’s Water Purification and Filtration segment includes water purification equipment and services, filtration and separation products, and disinfectant, sterilization and decontamination products and services.
