Currently, the company serves over 70,000 medical cannabis patients across the country and it is recognized by healthcare professionals because of its reputation.

Users will be redirected to the OCannabisClinic.com/well from the Well.ca site where they can plan a virtual consultation with a nursing educator who will ascertain whether medical marijuana will be an appropriate treatment alternative. Patients with medical documents will be able to register with a licensed producer to buy medical cannabis.

Peter Aceto, the CannTrust CEO stated that the goal of the company is to ensure that every cannabis patient can get access to the best information and insight from medical cannabis experts. He added that they have always remained steadfast in focusing on the medical cannabis market and the collaboration with Well.ca shows the company’s commitment towards innovation and the potent value of medical cannabis.

Education portal to address the concerns of Canadians

In a recent national cannabis survey, Canadian residents indicated that when purchasing cannabis products they consider quality, accessibility, safety as well as the availability of online purchase. The arrangement between CannTrust, Well.ca, and O Cannabis combines the strengths and capabilities to address most of the concerns raised during the survey.

Well.ca CEO, Rebecca McKillican stated that they are consistently seeking partnerships with companies that share Well.ca’s vision of having a common pool of clinical knowledge, expertise as well as resources that can improve healthcare. She added that through the partnership with CannTrust they intend to leverage their medical cannabis expertise and bring It to their healthcare network.

Well.ca launched recently a patient education portal where patients can get therapeutic guidance and connect with professionals on medical cannabis.
