Canadian Pacific Railway Limited Declares Dividend
On February 14, 2019, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on April 29, 2019 to holders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2019.
A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
