On September 12, 2018, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company, in its roundtable session with the federal Ministers of Agriculture and Transport, delivered a message stating the Company was prepared to move this year’s Canadian grain to market, in close collaboration with its customers and the broader supply chain. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
