On May 30, 2018, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a tentative four-year agreement with the Company’s conductors and locomotive engineers and a five-year agreement with the Company’s KVR conductors and locomotive engineers, ending both strikes. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
