Caesars Entertainment Corporation (Caesars) is a holding company. The Company offers casino-entertainment and hospitality services. It operates through three segments: Caesars Entertainment Resort Properties (CERP), Caesars Growth Partners Casino Properties and Developments (CGP Casinos) and Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc.
