Arrangements of Certain Officers
will resign from the Board of Directors (the Board) of Brookdale
Senior Living Inc. (the Company) effective at the close of
business on July 24, 2017 (the currently scheduled date of the
Companys 2017 annual meeting of stockholders) to dedicate more
time to other professional commitments. Mr. Parrells resignation
was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board or
the management of the Company on any matter relating to the
Companys operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
Mr. Parrells resignation, a copy of which is furnished herewith
as Exhibit 99.1. The press release shall not be considered
“filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act
of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of
that section, nor shall it be incorporated by reference into any
