On August 2, 2017, Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement, dated August 3, 2017, with ProActive IT (“ProActive”), an Illinois corporation engaged providing information technology products and services, designating ProActive IT as the Company’s sales agent for government departments/agencies/units and privately owned and publicly traded companies within the State of Illinois, and providing for the cross-promotion of the parties’ products and services.
The foregoing description of the agreement and its terms is qualified in its entirety by the full text of the agreement, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
