On November 29, 2016, Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it had agreed to acquire Laurel, MD-based digital services firm eGov Holdings, Inc. (d/b/a Aquilent). The acquisition was originally expected to close by December 31, 2016. We currently expect the transaction to close by the end of our current fiscal year, which ends on March 31, 2017, as the parties continue to work on certain contract transition related matters.
