On November 14, 2016, Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial
results for the third quarter of 2016. A copy of the press
release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit
99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release
attached hereto is a corrected version of the release initially
distributed by the Company. In the table captioned “Consolidated
Summary of Operating Results” presented in the
initially-distributed press release, the Company’s gross profit
for the three months ended September 30, 2016 was incorrectly
stated as $3,531 rather than the correct gross profit for that
period of $1,901 (dollar figures in the table are stated in
thousands). The attached press release provides the correct gross
profit information in that table and has been redistributed
publicly. The information disclosed in this Current Report on
Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 hereto, is being furnished and
shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
