Biz2Credit, which is already in small business financing has further bolstered its lending portfolio by joining forces with Advantage Funding. It is to be noted that Advantage Funding is involved in the financing of equipment and provides leasing solutions, mainly to the transportation business in the U.S.

Access to patented analytics

Post this partnership; Advantage Funding will get access to Biz2Credit’s acquisition channels that has doled out close to $1.3 billion of funds to thousands of small and mid-sized companies. By utilising this partnership, Advantage Funding can help finance commercial vehicles to the small businesses, while it will also back any loan sourced via Biz2Credit.

Apart from this, the partnership will also enable Advantage Funding to utilise Biz2Credit’s entire range of technology and business solutions. This will include access to data and risk analytics tool of Biz2Credit, i.e., BizAnalyzer Score that helps lenders to make confident lending decisions.

Expansion of capabilities

Advantage Funding’s CEO, Al Damiani, said that this new agreement with Biz2Credit will help them to reach out to more borrowers than before without worrying about the risk while providing access to capital at competitive rates.

The collaboration between Biz2Credit and Advantage Funding is the first of its kind equipment-backed international partnership in the small business financing market while it marks the entry of Biz2Credit in asset-based lending vertical. Currently, Biz2Credit provide financing to the small businesses in the range of $25,000 to $5 million. The company takes as little as 24 hours to disburse the cash for commercial real estate, working capital and other application needs.

Biz2Credit’s CEO, Rohit Arora, said that the deal with Advantage funding will pave the way for the company to expand into asset-backed loan programs while boosting its capabilities through the addition of an institutional lender.
