On April 21, 2017, the Board of Directors of Biotricity Inc.
(the Registrant) authorized the changing of the Registrants
fiscal year-end from December 31 to March 31. The audited
financial statements for the new fiscal year will be reflected
in the Registrants Transition Report on Form 10-K for the
transition period ended March 31, 2017.
