On February 13, 2018, Tricia Nguyen, a Director of BioScrip, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Dr. Nguyen indicated that her decision not to stand for re-election was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
