Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 1, 2017, Best Buy Co., Inc. (Best Buy or the registrant)
issued a news release announcing its results of operations for
the fourth quarter ended January 28, 2017.
The registrant is scheduled to conduct an earnings conference
call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (7:00 a.m. Central Time) on March
1, 2017. The earnings conference call is expected to be available
