OnJanuary 12, 2018, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Bellerophon Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) approved certain increases to the compensation of Fabian Tenenbaum, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tenenbaum’s annual base salary was increased from $375,000 to $400,000 and his target bonus was set at 60% of his annual base salary.
