On December 21, 2016, Bed Bath Beyond Inc. (the Company) issued a
press release announcing the Companys financial results for its
fiscal third quarter ended November 26, 2016. A copy of this
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.

The Companys December 21, 2016 press release further announced
that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of
$.125 per share, to be paid on April 18, 2017 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on March 17, 2017.
