On May 18, 2017, Barington/Hilco Acquisition Corp. (the Company)
issued a press release announcing that it had funded an
additional 30-day extension of the date by which it must complete
a business combination and that the Company has deposited
$84,546.73 into its trust account to fund the extension through
June 11, 2017.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the
extension is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
