On December 14, 2016, Bar Harbor Bankshares mailed to its shareholders its shareholder dividend letter with respect to its previously announced quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock payable on December 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2016.
